Chief Executive Officer for MyCSP Ltd
Matt joined MyCSP as Chief Executive Officer on 1 August 2016.
Matt joined from the Department for Work and Pensions where for the last 9 years he has held a number of senior roles, most recently as Director of Contracted Employment Programmes supporting jobseekers back into work.
Matt is a chartered accountant and past positions including working at both Andersen and Deloitte. He is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales [ICAEW]
Chief Finance Officer
Neville joined MyCSP in February 2012 as Chief Finance Officer.
He was appointed to the MyCSP Board on 1 November 2013.
Neville has 15 years' experience in senior roles in BPO organisations, most recently as Finance Director at Ventura/Capita one of the UK’s leading outsourcers partnering with blue chip and government organisations, including O2, Sky, Google and the Department for Work and Pensions.
He has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, providing commercial solutions and improving profitability.
Neville is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Director of Customer Excellence
Prior to joining MyCSP, David previously worked in a similar role within the housing sector in London for five years. His current remit spans employee and member communications, events, PR, marketing and public affairs.
Before his role in housing he delivered award-winning corporate communications for online retailer Shop Direct Group, working on well-known brands such as Littlewoods and Very.co.uk. In that role he managed the communications of the merger of Littlewoods Home Shopping and Great Universal and the sale of both the Littlewoods stores and the Index retail store businesses.
Company Secretary - Governance & Legal Services
Sharon has 25+ years’ experience in senior governance, policy and major project roles within Central Government and financial services.
She has experience in delivering improved customer outcomes via large projects, multi-agency programmes and continuous improvement schemes. Her expertise lies in corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial services in public, private and social enterprise sectors.
Sales and Commercial Director
Christian has more than 15 years’ experience and track record in developing successful public-private partnerships with Central Government, Local Government and NHS organisations across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Property, Infrastructure and Regulatory Services.
He has a management consulting background, specialising in service transformation and commercialisation.
Christian joined MyCSP from Capita, one of the UK’s leading outsourcing companies where he held a number of senior roles including Director of Capita’s Local Government management consulting business and Solutions Director for developing Capita’s major long-term partnerships with public-sector organisations, including DETR, Railtrack, the NAAFI, Leicestershire NHS Trust, Blackburn council, the London Borough of Barnet and North Tyneside council.
Interim Chief Operating Officer
Angela is an experienced leader and domain expert in the Pensions sector with over 25 years’ experience. She has a proven track record of driving organisational progression through change leadership and exceptional stakeholder management.
Angela has delivered a series of major go to market strategies and pensions transformations in both the public and private sectors. A known industry practitioner, with validated expertise in Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, Investment Management, SIPP, Pensions Remediation, Pensions Reform, Wealth Management, Investments and Platforms.
Most recently, she worked with Equiniti as interim Director to deliver a go to market strategy for the Life and Pensions segment. Over a two year period, Angela successfully shaped a multi-location (onshore / offshore) business, whilst delivering a Target Operating Model, IT Upgrade and bid strategy. She has prior experience of leading major transformation at the Pension Protection Fund and she was Director and on the Board of Legal & General’s Wealth Management business – Legal & General Portfolio Management Services (LGPMS) Ltd.
Director of Risk and Compliance
Muna is a pensions risk and compliance and operational professional with strong pensions technical knowledge and over 15 years’ pensions experience.
Her experience includes working with Trustees and their advisers to manage the operational, financial and regulatory risks that affect their Schemes.
Muna is a chartered accountant with over 10 years post qualification experience in the audit and financial accounting of pension schemes, corporate bodies and charities in both UK and International Standards.
She has five years post qualification experience of CIPD (HR) with a good understanding of employment laws and HR practices as well as coaching, mentoring and developing teams. She is also ICSA (Company secretarial qualification) qualified with a good understanding of governance and strategy, laws and finance.
Interim IT Director
Jason’s experience spans IT Systems, Application Development and Pensions Administration. Over his 29 year career, he has worked at a number of different financial institutions and software development houses.
He’s personally been involved in multiple software development and large scale implementation projects, as well as the design and development of numerous technology platforms, including calculation engines, administration platforms and digital applications.
In addition to his role at MyCSP, Jason is a member of the Equiniti IT Executive team and is responsible for 300 staff at multiple locations in the UK and Chennai and all of the IT Products and Services delivered into both MyCSP and EQ Paymaster (Pensions) division.
